1. Service Description
RemoteFormat.com provides a remote service to format and restore Windows-based PCs and laptops to their factory settings. This service is intended to help users who are locked out of their computers due to a forgotten password.
2. Client Responsibilities
To be eligible for our service, you, the client, must provide the following:
- A second, functional computer with a stable internet connection.
- The ULTRAVIEWER remote access software installed on the second computer.
- A USB flash drive with a minimum capacity of 8GB.
Failure to provide these items may result in our inability to perform the service, and will affect your eligibility for a refund.
3. Data Loss Disclaimer
Our service involves formatting your computer’s hard drive. This process will permanently erase all data on the drive, including personal files, applications, and settings. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that all data on your computer will be lost, and you agree to hold RemoteFormat.com harmless for any loss of data.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund of the service fee only under the following condition:
- Our technicians are entirely unable to grant you access to your PC, provided that you have fully complied with the client responsibilities outlined in Section 2.
No refunds will be issued if the service could not be completed due to the client’s failure to provide the required items (second PC, internet, ULTRAVIEWER, USB drive) or due to other circumstances outside of our technicians’ control.
5. Limitation of Liability
RemoteFormat.com and its parent company, PT STRATO MEDIA INDONESIA, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of data.
6. Payments and Pricing & Governing Law

All prices displayed on this website may be shown in different currencies for reference and convenience purposes only.
All payments are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The final payable amount at checkout will always be charged in IDR, regardless of the currency displayed prior to checkout.
Any currency conversions shown (e.g. USD) are estimates based on exchange rates and may vary slightly due to rounding or rate updates.
By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction will be settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cirebon, Indonesia.
